Staff Accounts

If you are a staff member using the app to scan customer codes, we collect your staff account details and a log of scans performed, for operational and fraud-prevention purposes.

Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app usage data to help us maintain and improve the App. We do not collect precise location data, and we do not access your camera roll — the camera is used only to scan QR codes in real time and no images are stored.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your loyalty account
  • Track stamps and process free wash rewards
  • Communicate with you about your account or promotions (if you opt in)
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of the App
  • Improve the App based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
